1. If you're avoiding rejection: 

   Meditate your mortality. Great ending to Robert Greene’s Laws of Human Nature book. Simply said, you will pass, so might as well leave it all on the line.

2. If you’re burnt out from no replies: 

   Set a 5 minute timer and send 1 follow-up now. Don’t wait for motivation. Momentum brings it back. Repeat the process.

3. If you’re scared of being annoying: 

   Ask yourself: What evidence do I have that supports this? With evidence: follow up question is, so what, who cares? With no evidence: follow up question is, Am I voluntarily going to continue sabotaging myself?

4. If your pride is getting in the way: 

   Remember that you are not entitled to anything. You must earn it and work for it.

5. If you’re overwhelmed by options: 

   Write it down, paper purge your thoughts out of your head.
